The Tiling Suite
A collection of program to prepare, create and visualize deep focus images
After completing the setup click Exec. The MicroTiling window is minimized while the program is running to save memory. Don’t open it. If you open it don’t try to change any setting. The results are unpredictable and probably catastrophic.
BatchTiling
If you do not have time to wait for the end of the process you can use the BatchTiling section of MicroTiling.
Drag and drop in the BatchTiling text box all the case_name_data.txt that you want process and click Start.
At the end
At the end of the process the folder containing the ndpi file will be similar to the one shown here.
A folder for each z-stack level and a folder for the deep focus image (PAP in this example) have been created.
Inside the deep focus image folder is possible to find all the tiles composing the image and an .aci (Aperio Composite Image™) file.
